issue with credit card charge

hello, I was attempting to buy a sim card online through public mobile online service. After entering my credit card and shipping info I pressed enter. it said that there was an error in the zip code not matching between what I entered and what is registered on the credit card. so I tried twice more, ensuring it was correct with still the same issue. later I checked my card and I had been charged for the sim card... it never showed that it completed the transaction and never gave me a receipt or email or something telling me that I had bought it and that it was on its way. kind of confused as to what's going on here. can someone please help me? thanks.

if you put it correct address, and charged you then fine.
