If you are a grandfathered customer, that means that you signed up before January 27, 2015. As such, you can call *611 from your cell phone, or 1-855-4Public from any telephone, for live customer assistance. Call centre hours are M - F, 9 am - 9 pm EDT, and Saturday and Sunday, 9 am - 7 pm EDT.
If you are not grandfathered, you must communicate with Public Mobile by web mail only. Click Contact Us on this site's home page. Another page will open with Email Away on it. Click that. Another page will open with radio buttons. Select the buttons that pertain to your situation, and, after choosing the last button, click Email Us. A web form will then be displayed. Complete the web form, including an alternate phone number, and, in approximately 1 or 2 calendar days, a representative should contact you.
