is it possible to get your old number back, after you changed it??

recently changed my number, without thinking of updating my social media and other personal accounts. Now I can't log into any of them... any chance i can get my old number back??

If your number was originally assigned from TELUS, Koodo, or Public Mobile, there's a chance.   Follow advice above to ask the customer support agents.

If from another provider, pretty well no chance.
