My plan has international texting message, I can send it on iphone 6s. But on the iphone 6 ios 10.0.2 can't. I can send texting message to local number but when I send the international sms they can't received.
I check the iphone settings but I can't see any different.
How to fix the problem?
Thanks!

The proble is solved .The reason is the number saved on the iphone 6 doesn't have the country code.
When I test it I dial the whole number, but I know why the iphone 6 deleted 011+country code. I delected the name and number from the iphone 6 contact list then the problem resolved.
Thanks everybody !

From what I hear, international text messaging has always been a toss-up in terms of reliability. Often, there are issues when sending text messages to specific carriers. Domestically, I would say that SMS is definitely more reliable than sending them outside North America. Internet-based instant messaing and chat applications are an option if you have a data plan.

@f2a Well, assuming you can make/receive calls, that confitms it's a settings issue with the iPhone 6. Here is my setup:
Settings >> Messages >> iMessage toggle on, Send as SMS toggle on, MMS toggle on, Send & Receive should show your Publc Mobile phone number (if it does not click it and add it to YOU CAN BE REACHED BY IMESSAGE AT:).

The phone number is correct, because same number test on the iphone 6s no problem. Just the iphone 6 has problem.

do you have the proper area code on the number before the phone number? maybe your old one auto did it and this does not?
