I need an invoice with the phone number on it, as I can't update my Equifax information without it.

Since Public mobile does not check identification or do a credit check, PM invoices are not valid for this purpose.  You will need to use something else like an utility bill, etc. 

Public mobile customers can use any name or address for their invoices, etc.  Not verified by Public mobile.

PM is a prepaid provider.  Usually financial institutions and Equifax won't take that as credit or address proof

click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start process to get Customer Support to get that info to you. Also, log in to your account > Payment > View Payment History
