Hello, hoping to get some help for a potential customer.
I ordered a sim online and received it yesterday. When I tried to activate it online, it kept complaining invalid sim. I tried to create a ticket but it required a public mobile account in the validation stage. Is there any ways I can contact public moblie regarding this issue? This is very frustrated experience.

Orders going through the Public Mobile website shouldn't have been shipped through Amazon. SIM card numbers aren't secret. The numbers are in predictable sequences and it's very possible for someone to type in someone else's sim card number by accident.

@pingchan1968 hi you may want to clear cache on your computer reboot and try ingognto mode you may have tried to many times and will be locked out for a while try in an hour or so

It's possible that someone else may have already performed an activation by mistake using that sim card number. It will also say invalid sim if someone mistyped the number, or if an activation was started but then abandoned. Wait 50 minutes between attempts.
