Hello @gehman5 ,

The phrase 'all of a sudden' is sometimes unnerving.

If your other texting and data services are also not working (as @Anonymous posted already) check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

How long has this been happening? And was everything working before this started?

Some trouble shooting - try one or more of the below:

*ensure "Do Not Disturb" was enabled by mistake

*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reset network settings

 @gehman5 : Maybe have a look at devicecheck.ca

Edit: although that wouldn't be relevant if outgoing and text and data works.

What kind of phones do you have?

you might try want to change your network to "3G Only" for couple days and see if that helps.

Are you a new customer?

If you asked for a number to be ported in, re-insert your old carrier's SIM card as porting isn't compete. The voicemail that callers are hearing could be of your old carrier.

If you haven't asked for a number to be ported in, try setting your network type to 3g-only/WCDMA-only/HSPA-only.
