I’ve had my new iphone 11 for just over a year. It stopped reading my SIM card a couple weeks ago. I have had my phone checked with Apple and there is nothing wrong with it except it won’t read my SIM card anymore. I have put my SIM card in my old iPhone 6 and it works fine.
Not sure how to contact PM to submit a ticket to get a new SIM card.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am surprised that the Apple said there is nothing wrong with the iPhone. It sounds like the SIM tray is not seating in correctly since the SIM works in your old iPhone 6.
Try using a light rubbing alcohol to clean the copper contacts and see if that helps.
It is rare that there are issues with the SIM but contact a CS_Agent to check whether it is a provisional/backend issue with the SIM that staff can correct.
Just private message them on the envelope icon on your computer.

With the SIM in the iPhone 11...does nothing work.....call, text (not iMessage) or data?
By any chance can your settings determine what SIM the phone is to use....the SIM slot or the eSIM?

@Nan5 Wait so the SIM card works in your old phone . If that the case it’s not the sim it’s your iPhone 11 have you tried resetting network settings . Now put SIM card back in the iPhone 11 it’s still not working ?

@Nan5 Can order one from Amazon or call around to local Telus koodo store for availability . Then log into my account with SIM card in hand going to profile tab and sim swap the number like this
SIM SWAPPING profile tabs
Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device
