I signed up for public mobile yesterday, and I got a referral code from a friend but it didn't work, said invalid. It really was her code so not sure what to do now and if we can still get the discount? Please help.

Thanks! That was totally it! I opened a ticket and hope they will still apply it.

@EKK1 please check with your friend agaain, maybe 0 and O is the issue?

Ask your friend and copy and paste to send you via email or text you

then you open ticket with support by messaging them here (copy and paste them the code to avoid typo)

Did you triple check her referral code and make sure you’re not entering maybe a zero in place of an O. Or another similar digit or letter. Worth a try?
