Hello,
iPhone hangs up on calls when the conversation reaches 1 hour. Can anyone help?

@hTideGnow , I haven’t left town so I am not sure. There is only 1 Bell tower here to connect to for Public Mobile, no Telus tower & 2 Rogers towers. Rogers service works fine.

the issue goes away if you make the calls in another area , where you use a different tower?

@hTideGnow , this has been an ongoing issue for this past year for me! I think it may be issues with the Bell tower that I am connected to so that I can use Public Mobile where I live. Or possibly a few issues.

@Steve3931 , my phone calls have been getting disconnected by 19 minutes & less for awhile now. I just submitted a ticket today to get my network refreshed on my account again. We will see how long it lasts this time. 🙂

there has been some talk about the limited call time for each calls, but I thiink it used to be 2 hours, for sure not 1 hour
Maybe best to ask support agent to confirm if there is such a limit or if it is a problem with your account
