Hi,
I’m having problems with the audio of my refurbished IPhone 8 that I purchased with PM last June 2022.
it says that there’s a 1 year warranty.
How do I proceed to get help to fix the phone or get another one?
Also, while it’s getting fixed, do they provide a temporary phone?

Hi there.
You have your answers on how to proceed with PM.
What is the issue with the phone?
Perhaps it is as easy as a setting issue.
A couple of things you could “try”.
1. Take it to an Apple store and let them run a FREE diagnostics on it....who else would do a better job on that? And I mean an Apple store...not an authorized agent like London Drugs or at the mall kiosk.
2. Back up phone to a computer using iTunes. Then do a full out of the box reset. Then restore the phone from iTunes.
From our personal experiences, over the years we have been burned, only a few times, by purchasing “refurbished” or “inspected by a factory technician” goods from reputable retailers. Great words to cover almost anything. And aha.....mainly electronics. Our policy, now, is to NOT buy refurbished. Refurbished can falsely lead you numerous assumptions.....and if one is.....the device had issues and was returned, sometimes the issue is never found and you're stuck with a lemon. But you assumed it is sold in as new and in perfect working order. Unless you don’t mind not receiving use from your phone when you need to depend upon it......I would suggest to either buy new or second hand from an honest source.

Can you reasonably make your way to a Mobile Klinik store. That's a Telus outfit. They're the repair place.
I don't remember seeing mention of a loaner phone here.

or you can confirm with PM support first :

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
