I paid for the US talk & text add-on and have the receipt but it isn't showing up in my account and the funds I paid are showing as a added payment balance. I had no problems adding this before but don't understand why it's not working today

@ptbojohn- That's a great update. Thanks for that. So even though it only left the money in the balance, it didn't mess up the system. You then waited for the 0/15 to disappear and then you were able to buy it. Great stuff.
As a workaround so as to avoid not having those services, you could buy the other bundle when the first one hits 0/15. You can also buy whatever other roaming data add-on bucket even while one is active. Buying the same one would likely be the same wait. But stacked talk roaming add-ons don't work properly.

Yes, the problem you had is just you need to wait 24 hours after the first roaming expired to re-buy the same add-on. it is a funy and weird glitch.

We had the problem that we could not purchase more roaming while the 0/15 was showing in our add-ons even though it seemed to accept the payment, So we waited 12 hours or so and the 0/15 add-on disappeared, then we bought another 15 days worth no problem. We have two phones here and both work today. So apart from the brief outage all seems fine. By the way the failed attempt yesterday did accept the money but did not provide the service, just showed the $30 on account, When we bought the add-on today that $30 was used. The $30 price for talk-text-data roaming seems a good deal.

@ptbojohn- Are you saying waiting for it to disappear worked for you? Or that you also had the problem? I've been trying to get this verified. Yes it means being without those features for that time period and that then people might prefer to just have support re-buy it for them. But self-serve is always preferred in my book. One can also buy the different bundle when the days say 0/15.

Yes we just discovered this: if you are trying to add a second 15-day stretch after the first expires, you must wait until the 0/15 notice disappears from your add-ons. So you are without roaming for maybe 12 hours. Then purchase another add-on and it should work fine.

Sorry, but I won't be buying again anytime soon. But I'll test it out next time I do and see what happens

You could test and verify something of the system if you can wait 12 hours like overnight or something when you don't need it.
The 0/15 roaming items seem to stay on for 12 hours. Then disappears. I think we can re-buy it then. So you could verify that for us. When it fully disappears try to re-buy it. If it still makes problems and/or talk doesn't work then we know there's still a longer wait.
Let us know if you're going to re-buy again and if you're willing to verify this idea.

@Rkmd Re buying of US add ons , need 24 hour period between second purchase of the very same US add on .. only away around this is buying a different US add on … this is well known issue so to get the same US add on back to back you need supports help unfortunately

Because re-buying the same add-on is a problem. Did you wait for the previous one to go to 0/15? Did you wait for it to disappear?
You'll need support to straighten this out.
