cannot find a tab that says "payment" to update payments

ABSOLUTELY NO BUTTON FOR PAYMENTS    I SHUT IT DOWN , HAD DINNER , CAME BACK AND RE OPENED MY ACCOUNT AND THERE WAS THE HUGE PAYMENT BUTTON ON THE LEFT OF THE PAGE   WIERD

To update your credit card information, you can easily done that via My Account

Please login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, and click Manage Payment Method, or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card

Here is how you do it.

How to change your credit card number

First and foremost, if you are changing your credit card information, you need to add every piece of information about the credit card like it was your first time. Even if it’s already auto filled, do it anyway.

When you log in to your Public Mobile account, go to the Payments button.

On the right hand side, click on Manage Subscription.

Then click on Manage Payment Method and remember, change and edit everything even if it’s already auto filled.
