I haven't received my sim card in the mail which I ordered on January 8th.

Since it has been more than 10 business days, then you should contact customer service agent.

If you need SIM card soon, then you could purchase SIM card in store (Telus and Koodo store). Keep receipt and usually PM CSA will reimburse the fee. Or you could order from Amazon with Prime shipping.
