please help me change the plan from 25 to 10,how can i do it,thank you

not available online, only call? which number i should call

Really easy to do.  When you log into your account, go to my plan, and change plan.  There is an option to schedule the change during your billing period, so you can set it and forget it.  Or you can change it there and then.  Awesome feature, I have to say!

Did you just sign up? If so DM the mods and they may be able to help you. They may be able to also change your plan and renew it early for you if you’ve been signed up for awhile but require their assistance. 

 

Otherwise, if you’re wanting to change your plan yourself you can do so via self serve. It will allow you to either make changes now or future date them for your renewal date.

There are no operators to call at PM. You can change your plan your self with your self serve account (make sure you choose future plan change so it will occur at your next renewal) or you can send the moderators a private message. See instructions in the spoiler.

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

    • Please contact the Community Moderator Team to get help with you account.
    • They are Public Mobile support employees who can help with your issue (More details).

In your message please include:

    • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue.

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

    • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

    • Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9am to 9pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time]
    • Messages are replied to during office hours, in the order in which they are received
    • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
    • There is no need to send multiple messages.
