no self serve information cannot get password

 My old account xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx pin is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx i used able to call call centre but no more therefore i do not know my log in information so i cannot top up or edit information on my account.  I got no choice so i open new account so i can do seft serve...however my old account still has fund i like to transer to this account...xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ......if anything please send me email let me know cause this account is using by my son...he does not know much....thank you
