Hello I paid for 90 days of service on May 21, 2018.
Today I am unable to make any phone calls or use data. When I try to make a phone call I am told it can't be completed and to call *611- when I do that it also says it can't be completed and to go to the website help section.
It was working a few hours ago, I am not over on my data and have unlimited call minutes.
How can I fix this?

Try to toggle Airplane mode.
Try to power down, remove and reinsert your SIM and power on your phone again.

Hi, I would recommend pulling your sim card and powering off your phone. If its still not working after completing a sim pull and power cycle i would contact the moderation team.
