How do I get a service ticket?
I activated a new SIM (Saturday) and am porting a number ... it's still not activated.

If you have followed proper porting procedure (leave old SIM in a phone, reply Yes within 90 minutes, etc.), porting should be completed within 2 hours. If you ported land line it could take up to a 7 days.

You can try ticketing system if it works: Click https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented.
