i lost my sim after making an account and i cant access my phone number so i lost my account. i did not enable self serve

Trying to figure this out. Did you activate online or at a retail location? If online you already have a self serve account and you should be able to login and change sim card (you will have to purchase a new one first) and that will get you back up and running. If you activated in a retail location I would suggest going back to them as they may have a record of it and may be able to get you back up and running as well when you purhcase a replacement SIM. I would also message the Moderators and explain what has happened they might havce some suggestions.

- 4 digit PIN (or at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)
- account number
- date of birth
- complete address listed on account with postal code
- email address on account
- most commonly called numbers
- alternate number listed on the account
- last payment date and amount
- last 4 digits of the credit card
