I would like to change my number back to what I had it when I first got with public mobile

there is a chance you can get it back, bigger chance if you act quickly and the number was originally from PM or Telus family
but check with support agent , please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
