I having the same problem. I am trying to put my payment on but I can't keep getting 404 message. So I hope is gets fixed soon i can't use my phone atmfo anything till can put on my payment on .

@kimtan - What do you mean you 'have my emails'?
Meaning, you are receiving an email to reset your password, is that what you meant?
Autopay can sometimes fail (not saying that is what happened here), but call 611 from your device to confirm account status).
If all that is failing, than see the first two members who posted how to contact a CSA agent to help you.

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
or safari on private mode, then Reset Password
after successful reset passowrd the close all browser, and one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
when you like to change plan,
go to Plan & Add-ons, and scroll the plans using the down and up arrows on the far right. select the plan you want, and select ‘Change plan now’ then you pay full price plan, or ‘Change plan on renewal date’..to you not losing any money..
after 48 hr of change plan just do rebooting device.

hey so i have my emails and i had this plan that is auto pay - so im still active
but i changed my password multiple times and when i login it says wrong email or password

I always try to see if the normal log it is working, but normally it does not (even in different browsers).
Since I am not a fan of continuously clearing my cache/cookies, try not to use a 'booked-mark/favorite' link.
I do find what helps is using the 'Sign In' area, at the top right to then select My Account or My Rewards.
If using Chrome, btw, this doesn't even work for me; so using incognito mode with Chrome is the method that works for me.
If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve.

You tried reset password and failed?
Did you try to have the code send to SMS? or you still unsure which email address you used?
To reset password with the help of CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
