I was setting up my new account/sim. I got my old number ported over but my new sim won't work and when I try to login to my account I get a forbidden A! message on my phone and PC

@Josh444444444 Probably best to contact customer service. Since you can't log in, send a private message directly to support agents using the link below. The chat icon bottom right of this page is the usual way to open a ticket but that likely won't work for you. Send a private message using this pre-addressed link and watch for an agent to reply at the envelope icon top right of this page or, if no envelope, tap your avatar and select Messages.

Yes I've restarted Multiple times. Its a physical sim. My phone recognizes it as a Public Mobile Sim. When I try to login to my account online I get a message that says Forbidden A1 and wont login. If I try in the app it just closes. Tried calling *611 and it has a recording that my subscription was my service was deactivated due to no payment. If I try to make a call it says I don't have an active plan

@Josh444444444 Have you restarted the phone after inserting the Public Mobile sim (or is it esim?).
