No signal outside Canada and US, you cannot receive call or text. you need to buy a local sim card.

@PJ_Myzak  No cellular network stuff will work. But if you can connect to wifi you can get a 3rd party app that will allow you to get a free phone number and text / call from that.

PM only has roaming in the US.  You would either have to purchase a local sim or use sim like Gigsky.  If you have access to wi-fi then you could use apps like Skype, WhatsApp, TextNow or Fongo.

Use textnow or fongo and forward to it all calls it's free

Unfortunately you cant forward sms like that, but i heard there are software's that can do it, but your phone must stay here always on
