If you have activated in store before last Wed and never create a Self-Server My Account after you activate, then you will need to open ticket with PM CS Agent to open the account
click on "Registered Now" to the right of the My Account page ( https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ )
It will open a chatbot
then Click "Contact Us"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Finish open the ticket as a "Password & Username Reset" ticket
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

More details would be helpful.
Are you a PM customer right now? When did you activate?
In the past, if you activate in store (not an option anymore), you would have need to create a self service account when you got home.
If you activated at home, you would have created a self service account when you activated your SIM card. Self service login in ID is your email address.

You'll need a PM SIM card, a PM Payment Voucher (or a valid credit card), a valid email address.
You can save a little money with a referral code. Community members will likely be happy to send you their personal referral code in private messages, but we are not permitted to advertise and solicit referrals openly.
You might be able get more or pay less (on certain plans) with a promo code. You can use a referral code and a promo code together, if you like.
Then click "Get Started".
