Hi there. I registered a new account today with talk/text/data. I can't send/receive texts, so I can't fully verify my account. I can make phone calls and the data seems to be working.
I tried my SIM card on multiple phones, and it still does not work.

PM is having problem provisioning text capability for new activations. And if you are an iPhone user, iMessage activation by phone number will also be impacted without a working SMS.
PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis. Please open ticket with PM support by messaging CS Agent here:
