The self serve site does that on occasion. There's no reason to message the mods now. it'll work later.

@dexterousdon it should be okay now. I am using Chrome and I am able to log in and out my self-serve account

yes.. the site always slow for me..
but.. i can logon just now..
try clearing the cache.. try using another browser i guess
