how to upgrade to the 34$ with 50GB data plan?

I am with public right now, I want to know how to upgrade to the 34$ with 50GB data plan?

Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Been doing house chores all day.

If you are concerned about hitting that 30GB data limit and not have any left, if you're OK with it, I'd suggest asking for the $34 plan as it's 50GB of 5G data and unlimited after 50GB at throttled speeds. IMO, that's great value there and worth the extra $5 a month. Hope this helps.

@Annie818: Just to add something here as you say you don't want to check at all the times. What I do is go to your phone settings and make sure you set the data limits correctly and data warnings when it approaches the data limit. You can find instructions to do it here; https://www.tomsguide.com/how-to/how-to-set-data-limits-on-android (as well as many other resources on the internet).

Once you do that you don't need to login and check all the time 🙂

@Annie818  30GB for $29 is not unlimited data like the non  CAN/US 5G plans that offer unlimited data this is 4G plan that data ends once the 30GB bucket is consumed until next renewal

it is 30GB.  PM is a prepaid provider, so, once reached 30GB, the data will stop working until the next cycle.  Good as you want get unexpected charge or overage

Everyone here has given you the link to reach a CS Agent. I'm just adding that I'm proof it works.

I upgraded from the $25 5GB 3G plan to the $29 30GB 4G plan. Just note, they will only "upgrade" and not downgrade. I give full credit to @Handy1  and @kb_mv for sharing this with the community.

Hi @Annie818 

$34-50GB is a plan for new activation only

But you can check with PM agent.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437  

But remember, that plan supposed to be for new activation, so agent might decline your request, although some reported they got it.
