Thank you to all.Well explained and helpful to know.
I did not want to send a private message to another member, but was asked to send PM to administration .

@Member - if you did mean to send a private message to another Community member, as @Yummy answered, but you notice that "Send a message" box is not showing. That means that particular user has the Community settings set to not allow private messaging.
This setting can be changed under the My Settings area under member's Avatars.
Yours is enabled though, as we see that box. 🙂
Otherwise, if you meant private message customer support, then @JK8 as you covered there.

Other PM Community member? Click on member's ID and then (top right)

Click on the bottom link JK8 provided as long as CS_Agent is showing up they will get your message
