use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

To Login Page

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

and go to plan & Add-ons, and choose which one you like to purchase. 

or by *611 and see how to purchase by photo.

@H3FT111 On this new My Account, it is now a one step process. 

Just login to My Account, Go to Payment and addons page.  Pick the addon, add to cart and then check out.  Once payment is completed,  logoff from My Account and reboot yiur phone once.

@H3FT111 hi to purcase an add on go into your account go to plans and addons/shop addons and put the one you want in your shopping cart and purchase it,it is no longer a two step process as in the past,also if you have a cc on file and know your pin you can purchase most add ons by dialing *611 follow the prompts

Purchasing an add-on after logging in into your PM account is a two-step process. You need to load funds first and then purchase add on.

1. Add funds to your PM account: Any funds to buy add-ons come from your balance, so manually add funds to your available balance first.
2. Buy Add-On: You will actually buy the add-on after you add funds to your account or else you won't have funds to actually buy the add-on. Funds to buy add-on come from Your account (after adding funds in step #1) and not directly from your credit card.
