When you ported over to PM from PC,
did you reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM with the PC SIM in your phone?
This is the most important step in the porting process and you have 90 minutes to reply.
If you missed this step then you need to contact a CS_Agent to complete the porting on this Community page.
If you did this step, reboot your phone by powering it off.

@jfstahl hi do incoming calls work? I am wodering if your port was complete or maybe a provisioning issue with your account,try reseating your sim,if another phone is avaliable put your sim in, see if your services work , if none of that helps
