how to make long distance call

i try to call China but looks not working, not sure how to make long distance call to China. as my accout has 500 mintues international long distance call.

I always use + in front of country code.

So +86 and city code and number will get you through.

Follow these steps to call China:

1. Dial the exit code 011. This will let your carrier know you're going to make an international call.
2. Dial 86, the country code for China. This lets your carrier know you're going to call China.
3. Enter the area code.
4. Dial the phone number.
