referral bonus not applied

In late December I created a new account for a family member and referred to my account, but referral bonus does not show. At that point there was even 6x$5/month bonus extra, but even the regular $1/month did not not show up.

 

I did this in past with success, so I believe I did the right steps in providing referral code.

This is an ongoing glitch of the referral code not being registering despite being added during activation. Have your referral contact customer support to have them add it to the account. Make sure they mention the glitch has affected you receiving the $5×6 months=$30 bonus referral credit. The next application of the bonus credit is this upcoming week. If you dont see it added by end of business day on Friday contact customer support yourself to have the missing $5 credited to your account.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

@amicic  - only Customer Support can look into and/or fix this.

The person who activated will need to submit a ticket to inquire.
