Hello. I have tried few times to change the credit card on file, but an error always appear saying, "there are issues, please try again later". Please let us know why this issue, and how to correct for changing the credit card. Thanks. xxxxxxxxxxx

@nefebo To many failed attempts and you will need to wait one full hour before trying again sometimes you need to wait 24 hours . Then try again incognito or private mode . Or from another device or computer . You can also try the app too . if still the same . Please submit ticket with support to help update it for you
