There was a auto payment made on Nov. 02 - why not just keep using the same method.

Check for any outages in your area.

If no outage then contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon then type in Submit a Ticket then Contact.

There is always Autopay and is working
But it might break occasionally. Soz if your plan is currently suspended, login My Account and make payment to resume.
