im locked out of my account because my eversafe number did not update when I ported my number over

HI @Rip2045
on the login screen that give you the 2FA code, click Didn't receive code, and then Send email
if you can login, go to Profile , click Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the phone number
But if you cannot login with the email option, then you will have to have CS agent's help to update, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
