I accidentally redeem twice times, how do I cancel for one?

you need to see if CS agent can help

 

Please submit a ticket with agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

you need to open 

@yx1997   it said within 24 (or 48 hours?)  But someone tested it and confirmed it is instant

 

Try to login My Account using Incognito mode and check if you see it there

I just make redemption as add one for extra 200 MB 

email says it takes 24 hours

I have not seen the add-on on my account yet

HI @yx1997   you are talking about Give-Back rewards points, you are in the right place

 

Just answer questions you know, earn bravos and give bravos for good posts.  Sorry, we don't know how much participation is needed.  Just keep participate 🙂

@yx1997 - well, we cannot help you with that. 

Submit a ticket to CSA and let them know what happened, and ask nicely to reverse one.
