The easiest way would be to call your bank or credit card company and ask them to stop payment to your husbands PM account.

@KD10 Sorry for your loss , if you cannot sign into his account to disable auto pay , assuming that the credit card on file was in his name .. once the back is notified of his passing .. the credit card will be invalid , and not charged again also .

@KD10 sorry for your loss.
If you can login My Account, you can disable the toggle "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment. At payment pagez click Manage subscription and you can disable it there. Once it is disabled, PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed
Or you can use *611 if you know the 4 digits account PIN
If the card paying for the account is going to be cancelled, then no need to worry
Last, you can also open ticket with support to help, just message them

@KD10 Sorry for your loss. If you have access to the account you can go in and turn off auto pay and the account will self close in 3 months with no more charges from the time you turn off auto pay. If he was adding funds each month then nothing needs to be done as it will close in 3 months. Otherwise open a ticket with customer service by selecting "Get Help" then Contact Us".
