@Jackvan As well as the method already mentioned, if you are transferring your PM phone number to another carrier the PM account should close once the number has ported out.

I think you just unsubscribe your current plan, you will cancel you account after 90 days without any extra operation.

cancel account by logging in to your account / Payment / Manage Payment...then click UNSUBSCRIBE. Your account will deactivate after 90 days in Suspension, without cost to you.
