You can update your SIM card number on your account by login to your self serve account, then clicking on "Change SIM card number"

I'm confused by your question. If you lost your SIM card and therefore no longer have it, how do you expect to transfer information from it onto the new one?

If you mean that you want to transfer phone contacts onto the new SIM, each phone is different. If possible, look for "export contacts" or equivalent under phone settings. Your user guide should have instructions.

Now that you have a new SIM, log into your self-serve account, and click Plans and Add-ons. Several sub-tabs will appear. Click Change SIM Card in order to enter the card's number. Reboot your phone.
