Moderator help will be needed if it is a prepaid number being ported from Koodo. If postpaid, it can be done online with a new sim. Contact moderators by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions to submit a ticket.

If you have a Koodo prepaid number, you need moderator to port your number.
Create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.
Good luck.
If you have a Koodo postpaid number, login to your self-serve account and select
[Plan and Add-Ons]--> [Change Phone Number] --> [Transfer a wireless or wireline number ]

Have you already made the request?
Also, is your number coming from a postpaid or prepaid Koodo account?
Request to port in a number from a postpaid Koodo account can be made at selfesrve.publicmobile.ca . If it's from a prepaid Koodo account, you'll need to open a ticket through https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and have Public Mobile's moderators complete the request.
