hi i need someone to send text to virgin to port my number - its been a bad experience so far with public - getting some one to help is impossible
who can help me with this issue

PM is an online service and all communications is done through Chatbot or private message a CS_Agent.
So to restart the porting process, you need to contact a CS_Agent but remember to leave your old Virgin SIM in your phone.

@becajoa - or, you can submit a ticket with Public Mobile representatives (CSA) for help; click this link: to request the transfer of your number over to Public Mobile.

HI @becajoa yes, PM porting team can re-trigger the request. Just need to call the live support team.
