I am new to Public Mobile and have just activated my SIM however I have no service and the phone says unregistered SIM. I have had a number of suggestions from a customer support agent but nothing worked. The agent has sent my problem on to a higher technical agent and I have a ticket number for this, but I have no idea how to contact a higher technical agent and I have not heard anything from them. Anyone know how I can contact the higher technical agent?

Thanks for your suggestions. I've tried these. They are sending a new SIM card.

@eayer - if you already submitted a ticket to CSA. Then you will need to deal with them, or request their supervisor.
Were you charged for a SIM card activation? Does your self serve account say Active?
What trouble shooting have you tried?
