Why can't I call numbers in the middle east using international LD minutes I have in my account?

Unfortunately, the Middle East is not part of the PM international long distance calling.

You might want to use TextNow, Fongo or WhatsApp (if your other party is on WhatsApp) for free wifi calling,

Unless the country you wanna call is on the list as provided above...your best bet is to go to 7-11 type of store and get calling card.

Because if country is Not on this list PM does not provide long distance to it.

International calling is for calling from Canada to other countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela

Long distance minutes do not mean all world.
