Can I switch my SIM card to another phone without interrupting my account service?

it's nothing changes on your account and plan everything in SIM card not in device,

Yes, it is definitely possible. A sim card works independently of a specific mobile device. When switching from one phone to another, your service should still continue on the other phone. You may have to restart the phone that you put the SIM into, however.

yes you can just turn off device take out SIM card and insert in other device and turn on

Absolutely - Yes. Turn both phones off, remove SIM from phone#1, plug it in (if it accepts same SIM size) into phone#2, power on and enjoy.
