@maryw1 , to get a new PIN code for your account, you need moderator team assistance. Click on the question mark on the lower right corner and follow the prompts to initiate a ticket.

You will need to contact moderator to get a new PIN for your self service account. Did you forget your PIN? You did get a introductory text when you first signed up that would have shown your PIN number that you chose when you first activated.
To contact moderator via 2 methods:
Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
