Unfortunately, the 0$ eSIM is only available for new accounts, if you're changing it on your current account, it is going to cost you 5$. If you have a physical SIM, it can transfer if you purchase a new device without any cost but with an eSIM, you must pay for one every time you switch devices.

$0 eSIM is only for new activation

Existing customer changing from physical to eSIM or those already on eSIM but need a new one for new phone still have to bay the $5 eSIM charge
