i am a koodo customer and yesterday i bought a public mobile sim card, i anwsered all the questions for switching over and tried to do the phone number transfer. this morning with my new sim card in my phone from public mobile it says i'm not registered on the network. i have lost my koodo sim card and i have no idea what to do. please helpppp!!!!!

Hi, I have lost my Koodo sim so I don’t have service. And when I try to submit ticket it says error online.

The transfer from Koodo to Public Mobile is a little tricky and usually requires extra assistance.
If your Koodo service was pre-paid, you need to contact the customer service team to transfer your number once you have created an account with temporary phone number. Here is the link to write to them:

Please be sure to explain the issue to them. They will respond to you in your community inbox so check it from time to time. (Little envelope icon on the top-right of this page).
If your Koodo service was post-paid, you will need to contact the Porting team for assistance. They will re-trigger the porting request for you and fill in any gaps. I’ll send you the porting team number via private message. You will find the number in your community inbox shortly using this link:

and for porting, you got a text on your Koodo sim card asked you to approve the porting yet?? yiu have replied yes yet?
