If you ported probably stuck under porting process contact mod dept send a private msg

i would select a new number during acivation ( the system as many glitches) and many activatisn fail.

 

then once you have a working line then you port your number.

im doing the activation but i need to transfer my number to the network de public mobile

can u help ,because i call the customer now ,nothing is funtionned

hi 

1) buy a sim card (online, walmart, wow mobile)

2) go to mani page and click activate sim

3) select a new number 

4) once the plan is running well then port your koodo number

 

5) use, if possible, a different email than u are using wth koodo

 

If you wnat to activate right away to get one of the promos let me know I have a spare sime i can let u use to activate. i then can ether mail it to you or you can buy a new one tomorrow.
