my phone has not been able to recieve calls for over 5hours...lost a client...still no fix in sight....messaged some mods but their offline? guess they went to sleep...maybe tomorrow? or next week? next month?

 

lets just party in here till it gets fix? clients cant contact me anyway so might as well declare this the party room and chill here while i watch the leafs game...

 

i honestly excpect some dings here and there.....but phoneless for over 5hours and no fix in sight? well...well....let the party begin!

I am not sure if the problem is the moderators, the "someone" managing distribution, a sudden rise in activations (It must have been expected)! or a low level of service. I believe that a respectable company should inform its customers about either the delays they are experiencing and also state clearly their time target for issue resolution.

I have same issue. No inbound calls or SMS on the my new PM SIM. However, since it appears the port was only semi completed, my Rogers SIM is still functioning properly. Maybe try using your old SIM?

It's not that nobody cares. They handle problems in order they come in. And with the promo they have a lot.
They will get to you. Just be patient. But it won't be tonight I can guarantee that.

I did contact both of them (Mary_M on Tuesday and  Shazia_K this afternoon but nobody cared! Please count yourself lucky!

I add my voice to yours; as I have not been able to receive calls too since Tuesday! I have sent a message to Mary_M on Tuesday 11-15-2016 at 11:34 PM and she did not ever read it! I have sent another message today 11-17-2016 01:48 PM to Shazia_K and still not read. At this rate, I expect a terrible customer experience if I needed any help! So, "Wake-up please and help your customers!". I expect that the mods are overwhelmed, so management needs to do thier job! A cell service without incoming calls is incomplete and very annoying 😞

I believe they only work till 9pm. Will have to hang tight till the morning.

To reach the moderators tag or message just one (Shazia, Saray, or Mary). Someone is managing distribution to whichever moderator is available.

 

Coverage is currently: 

 

Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)

All you have to do is contact the mods on the forum and your problem will be solved, i contacted @Shazia_K and she fixed my account within half an hour.

 

good luck and hopfully you'll hear back something good tomorrow
