Staff are busy sending out text notice so contacting will put them behind.

If the issue is the text message about the free add-ons not yet being received, there is currently not reason to contact a customer support agent as the messages are still being sent out.

Still one day left for SMS form PM regarding Holiday bonuses.

If you are new customer (after Dec 1) then bonuses will be added automatically to your account.

If no SMS at all, on 16th talk to agent.

The text message is being sent out to everyone in batches until December 15.

There's still time.

 

If you haven't gotten the text message from 4911 and replied YES2 , by December 15, then you can reach out to a Customer Support Agent and have those gifts applied to your account manually.

 

Edit....if you did get the text message and replied already, try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode and check again.  You might have been looking at cached information before.
